• Dr. Saroj Sharma is a director of Kala Ashram Performing Art and she has won several honors and awards including best dance choreographer in Dubai in 2013 and in Singapore and Malaysia in 2014.
• She has also been awarded research fellowships from minister of culture, govt. of India in the field of dance & culture.
• Awarded with Prestigious Award by Rajasthan Youth Brahman Maha Sabha for outstanding performance in dance and academic field.
• Honored by NagriDas Kala Sansthan, Kishangarh for kathak dance in 1998.
• Awarded national education award 2017 for the outstanding facilities & contribution to the dance & performing education sector to the award of dance & performing art institute award from 24 MRC channel, Bengaluru.
• Awarded with women’s pride of Udaipur by times of India on women’s day 2013. Awarded as best teacher by Dainik Bhaskar.
